Our flat shipping rate is £3.90 for UK Mainland.

All orders above £50 are shipped for free within UK Mainland.

Islands and Highlands (AB, IV, HS, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE)

  • £6.90 parcel shipping
  • £13.80 large parcel shipping (for items which are slightly over 30 kg or needs to be shipped in a separate parcels)
  • £23.90 pallet shipping

Isle of Man

  • £8.90 parcel shipping
  • £17.80 large parcel shipping (for items which are slightly over 30 kg or needs to be shipped in a separate parcels)
  • £99.00 pallet shipping

Northern Ireland

  • £6.90 parcel shipping
  • £13.80 large parcel shipping (for items which are slightly over 30 kg or needs to be shipped in a separate parcels)
  • £69 pallet shipping

Ireland

  • £8.90 parcel shipping

All orders are shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Delivery time is 2-4 business days for parcels and 3 – 5 business days for items shipped on a pallet. In case of any problems with shipping, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

All our items are safely packed and shipped by various third-party carriers, depending on the total package weight.

We do our best to offer you the best possible shipping service. The shipping price includes postage and packaging materials where applicable. We will make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. We strongly advise you to provide a contact telephone number for delivery when placing an order.

 

 

Parcel Shipping

Delivery time is not specified. However, we can arrange delivery for a weekday to suit you. Saturday deliveries can be arranged but will involve extra charge of £14.90. We are unable to arrange timed delivery for parcel deliveries.

In case of failed delivery due to your absence, the carrier might leave the parcel in a safe place or leave the card with information needed to re-arrange delivery at a time that’s convenient to you.

If the carrier is unable to deliver a shipment because of access issue the parcel will be returned to us after three delivery attempts; re-delivery can be arranged however this will incur additional postage charges.

 

 

Freight Shipping

Orders weighing over 30 kg are shipped on a pallet.

For remote locations (Islands and Highlands, BT postcodes) there’s only one pallet delivery charge even if you order more items.

Delivery time is not specified. However, we can arrange delivery for a weekday to suit you. Saturday deliveries and morning or afternoon specified deliveries can be arranged but will involve considerable extra charges: £9.00 for AM / PM delivery, £18.00 for timed delivery and £36.00 for Saturday delivery.

We recommend that you provide a valid contact telephone number so the driver can contact you in case of delivery issues.

Once your order is dispatched, and out carrier confirm delivery date, we will send you an email confirming when you can expect delivery. It is important that someone is present to receive and inspect the delivery as failed attempts will incur re-delivery charge of £14.50. Collection from the nearest depot will also be available at no extra fee after arrangement.

The pallet will be delivered and placed as near to where you want it as possible. Please tell us about any access problems for large vehicles when you place your order.

A signature is required for delivery. Please inspect the goods before signing delivery note. No claim for damages will be entertained once delivery note is signed. If delivered item is damaged, please refuse delivery so we can process replacement or refund for you. If you agree to leave the pallet in a safe place with the courier, no claims will be taken for damage caused during transport.

 

 

Collection

Once we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange a collection  in a convenient time for you.

Collection is available on weekdays between 9am and 5pm. We can also arrange collection at a later time or during the weekend.

Payment by cash upon collection is also available.

We offer free delivery and setup of your order within following Tyne Valley residential areas: Blaydon, Corbridge, Crawcrook, Darras Hall, Greenside, Heddon, Hedley, Hexham, Horsley, Mickley, Ovingham, Ovington, Ponteland, Prudhoe, Riding Mill, Ryton, Stocksfield and Wylam

Returns

All items can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Returns Policy. Please note that in case of return, we cannot refund your shipping costs.

 

Damage Claim

In the unlikely event of a statue arriving damaged, please contact us within 72 hours to make a claim. After this period, we will not be able to proceed with any claims.
