Delivery Terms & Conditions
All our items are safely packed and shipped by various third-party carriers, depending on the total package weight.
We do our best to offer you the cheapest possible price on postage. The shipping price includes postage and packaging materials. We will make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you have a deadline to meet, want to upgrade your delivery service or need a delivery quote, please contact us.
We strongly advise you to provide a contact telephone number for delivery.
In case of failed delivery due to your absence, the carrier might leave the parcel in a safe place or leave the card with information needed to re-arrange delivery at a time that’s convenient to you.
If the carrier is unable to deliver a shipment because of access issue the parcel will be returned to us after three delivery attempts; re-delivery can be arranged however this will incur additional postage charges or we refund your order less the shipping costs.
Orders weighing over 33 kg are shipped on a pallet. There’s only one pallet delivery charge even if you order more items.
Pallet delivery price is for the entire mainland UK. If you live in the Highlands, Islands (postcodes AB BT IV KW PA PH) or Northern Ireland, please contact us for your price for delivery as it will differ from the advertised price.
Delivery time is not specified. However, we can arrange delivery for a weekday to suit you. Saturday deliveries and morning or afternoon specified deliveries can be arranged but might involve considerable extra charges.
We recommend that you provide a valid contact telephone number so the driver can contact you in case of delivery issues. You can also request a phone call one hour prior to delivery.
It is important that someone is present to receive and inspect the delivery as failed attempts will incur re-delivery charge of £12 + vat. Collection from the nearest depot will also be available at no extra fee after arrangement.
The pallet will be delivered and placed as near to where you want it as possible. Please tell us about any access problems for large vehicles when you place your order.
If a signature is required for delivery, please inspect the goods before signing. No claim for damages will be entertained without a returned, signed and duly endorsed delivery note.
Collection is available after placing an order.
We will contact you to arrange collection at suitable for you time.
Payment by cash upon collection is also available, please contact us if you need more information.
We offer free delivery and setup of your order within following Tyne Valley residential areas: Blaydon, Corbridge, Crawcrook, Darras Hall, Greenside, Heddon, Hedley, Hexham, Horsley, Mickley, Ovingham, Ovington, Ponteland, Prudhoe, Riding Mill, Ryton, Stocksfield and Wylam

All items can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Returns Policy. Please note that in case of return, we cannot refund your shipping costs.
In the unlikely event of a statue arriving damaged, please contact us within 72 hours to make a claim. After this period, we will not be able to proceed with any claims.
