1. What are these products made from? Are they frost proof?

All our products are made of reconstituted stone / concrete. They are produced in England from weather and frost-proof compound.

2. How much does delivery cost?

You pay only one shipping cost depending on the weight of the heaviest item in your basket. The remaining products are shipped for free. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically in the basket.

3. I’d like to order more items. Do you offer discounts?

When you order more than one item, you pay the most expensive shipping in your basket and then the other items in your order ship for free.

We also offer discounts for larger and multiple orders. Simply contact us and we’ll tell you what we can do for you.

4. Can I add a gift message to my order?

We are certainly happy to add a free gift message. Just leave us a note with the order or email us the details of your order and the message.

5. I need my order ASAP. Is it possible?

If you have a deadline and you want to upgrade your delivery service because your order is urgent, contact us. We’ll be more than happy to help.

6. Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?

We are happy to arrange delivery for a certain date, just contact us.

For morning or afternoon delivery there is an additional charge. ParcelSaturday delivery can be arranged free of charge; pallet orders will cost extra for Saturday delivery.

7. I live outside the UK. Can I order from you?

We ship worldwide. Simply contact us for a postage quote.

8. Can I pick up my items?

Yes, we will contact you after we receive your order to arrange for you to collect your items at your convenience.

9. How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept PayPal, payment through credit or debit card (WorldPay or PayPal), cash on collection/  local delivery, bank transfer, payments over the phone, and cheques.

10. When will I receive my order?

We aim to ship within 48 hours and you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.  Usually it’s much quicker than this. In the unlikely event of delayed shipment we will contact you.

11. What if I’m not in to take delivery?

If you are receiving a parcel, a delivery card will be left with the parcel number and instructions on how to rearrange delivery or we can agree on a safe place for the carrier to leave the parcel. If it’s a pallet, we can arrange a day for delivery that’s best for you or we can arrange on a safe place to leave it. If you have any questions or doubts, contact us.

12. My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your order is not delivered after 7 days of placing an order, please contact us.

13. What do I do if the received product is broken or faulty?

In the unlikely event of an ornament / statue arriving damaged please contact us within 24 hours to make a claim.

Our claim process is very simple and hassle-free. We will do our best to help you solve any issues as soon as possible.
